Of course, the best way to travel to this fascinating fort is in true Maharaja style, by elephant.Overlanding deep into the Rajasthani countryside, it’s time for a tiger shoot – of the photographic variety – with four intrepid jeep safaris at wildlife-rich Ranthambore National Park, which also boasts an abundance of birdlife, crocodiles, deer and a handful of leopards.
